3:00 DVD Video

In this video-performance work the artist is chroma-keyed onto a sequence of wrecked rooms and corridors appearing to float backwards, spectre-like while singing the Marilyn Monroe version of the Cole Porter song, ‘Daddy’. The artist attempts to implicate the transgendered slippage’s that occur in this song through her voice work as the original song was written by a man about a man.
